Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, and Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov visited one of the local arms producers.

That’s according to Danilov’s Facebook post, seen by Ukrinform.

"Nothing is as pleasing and soothing as the new UAR-15 rifles, UAR-10s, UAR-10Ms or UBR-008 sniper rifles of domestic production. And, by the way, the UAR-10 rifle is officially adopted by the Armed Forces," wrote the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.

According to Danilov, stimulating private entrepreneurship is one of the priorities of the Ukrainian defense industry.

It is necessary that "we have enough rifles on H-hour to confront all sorts of "little green" and other types of men.

Danilov added that, according to opinion polls, almost half of Ukrainians are ready to defend their country up in arms in case of a relevant threat.

"So these weapons should and will be enough!" Danilov added.
