The Ukrainian Defense Forces have carried out a precise airstrike on a concentration of Russian troops in the central part of Hryshyne.

The 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces reported this on Facebook and published a video showing a direct hit on a building where enemy forces were located, Ukrinform reports.

According to preliminary data, the airstrike eliminated at least 15 servicemen of Russia's 76th Air Assault Division, the so-called "Pskov paratroopers."

As Ukrinform previously reported, the Russian army is attempting to entrench itself in the western part of Hryshyne. Enemy forces are operating in small groups, using fields and forest belts to advance. Their objective is to reach the outskirts of Vasylivka and Novooleksandrivka.

At the end of April, the Operation Task Force East reported an escalation of the situation in the Hryshyne area, including attempts by Russian forces to intensify their offensive operations.
