The adoption of the draft law on the reform of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and a fully aligned satellite law will strengthen Ukraine's ability to protect itself from hybrid warfare and other threats to national security.

That's according to a statement made by the ambassadors of the G7 countries, published on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

Diplomats from the G7 countries supported the views of the representatives of the EU, NATO and the United States who in a joint op-ed called on parliamentarians to immediately adopt the SBU reform bill.

"Passing both draft law 3196-d and a fully aligned satellite law is vital for the SBU reform to start. This is will strengthen Ukraine's ability to protect itself from hybrid warfare and other threats to national security," G7 ambassadors said.
