Naftogaz Group pays UAH 5.8B in taxes in February

In February 2025, Naftogaz Group transferred UAH 5.8 billion in taxes to the state and local budgets, which is 9.4% more compared to February 2024.
This is said in a statement issued by Naftogaz Group’s press service, Ukrinform reports.
“The state budget received UAH 5.2 billion, compared to UAH 4.8 billion last year. Meanwhile, UAH 530 million was transferred to local budgets (UAH 506 million in February last year),” the statement says.
Roman Chumak, Acting Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz, noted that despite the constant attacks on the energy infrastructure, Naftogaz Group ensures the country's energy stability and supports the national economy.
As reported, in 2024, Naftogaz Group paid UAH 88.6 billion in taxes to the consolidated budget.
