Russian-led forces launched 24 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

“The enemy fired 122mm artillery systems, 120mm and 82mm mortars, weapons on infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms on the units of the Joint Forces,” the press center of the Joint Forces Operation Headquarters reports.

In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, Russian-led forces opened fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms on Ukrainian positions near Vodiane (94km south of Donetsk); grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms – near Lebedynske (16km east of Mariupol); automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms – outside Pisky (11km north-west of Donetsk); 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms – in the area of Pavlopol (25km north-west of Mariupol); mounted antitank grenade launchers and small arms – near Avdiivka (17km north of Donetsk) and Marinka (23km south-west of Donetsk); grenade launchers of different systems and small arms – outside Hnutove (20km north-east of Mariupol); automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms – in the area of Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol).

In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, the enemy used 122mm artillery systems to shell Ukrainian troops near Popasna (69km west of Luhansk); grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms – on the outskirts of Krymske (42km north-west of Luhansk); small arms – in the area of Hladosove (51km north-east of Donetsk); 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of different systems , heavy machine guns – outside Zolote (60km west of Luhansk); weapons on infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms – near Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk); 82mm mortars, mounted antitank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms – on the outskirts of Pivdenne (40km north-east of Donetsk).

Three Ukrainian defenders were wounded over the past day. The Joint Forces adequately returned fire in line with the Minsk agreements in response to enemy’s shooting.

According to intelligence, two invaders were annihilated and seven more were wounded on June 11.

Today, the enemy has already launched four attacks on Joint Forces.

In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, Russian-led troops fired small arms on Ukrainian positions near Vodiane and automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms outside Starohnativka (51km south of Donetsk).

In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, the enemy used 120mm and 82mm mortars and small arms to shell Ukrainian troops near Novhorodske (35km north of Donetsk) and 120mm mortars – outside Zaitseve (50km north-east of Donetsk).
