Zelensky appoints heads of SSU departments in Kyiv and Kyiv region, Kherson and Kharkiv regions

According to Ukrinform, the relevant decrees dated April 22 have been published on the president’s website.

According to Decree No. 334/2026, the president dismissed Artem Bondarenko from the post of head of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. By Decree No. 337/2026, the head of state appointed Artem Borysevych to this position. Also, by Decree No. 335/2026, Borysevych was dismissed from his position as head of the SSU Directorate in the Kherson region.

By Decree No. 338/2026, Zelensky appointed Volodymyr Vavrukh to the position of head of the SSU Directorate in the Kherson region.

By Decree No. 336/2026, the president dismissed Oleksandr Kuts from the position of head of the SSU Directorate in the Kharkiv region. According to Decree No. 339/2026, Denys Lutii assumed this position.

As reported by Ukrinform, on March 25, Zelensky appointed the heads of the SSU’s counterintelligence and military counterintelligence departments.
