The Russian Federation continues its deliberate terror campaign against the civilian population, intentionally striking civilian infrastructure facilities.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this on Facebook.

“Over the past day, the enemy struck, in particular, the Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of a combined attack (preliminarily – one Iskander-M missile and one Geran/Gerbera-type UAV) on the territory of the village of Novotroitske in the Pishchane village territorial community of the Samar district, Dnipropetrovsk region, two children – boys aged 11 and 14 – are among the dead and injured,” the statement reads.

In addition, Nikopol, Pokrovske, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka communities of the Dnipropetrovsk region also came under attack. Russian forces used FPV drones and opened artillery fire in those areas.

“The Russian Federation continues its deliberate terror against the civilian population, intentionally striking civilian infrastructure facilities, including educational institutions, hospitals, and residential buildings. Russian occupation forces cynically disregard the norms of international humanitarian law,” the General Staff emphasized.

The General Staff noted that every crime has specific perpetrators and organizers.

“War crimes and crimes against humanity have no statute of limitations – there will be inevitable and fair punishment for each of them,” the General Staff underlined.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the Odesa region, Russian forces attacked a parking area with cargo trucks using strike drones, killing two people.
