Russia strikes Zaporizhzhia region 590 times in 24 hours: one dead, 22 wounded

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 590 attacks across 15 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of enemy strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding district, one person was killed and 22 were injured, including four children.

Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov reported on this Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to Fedorov, Russian forces conducted 12 airstrikes on Balabyne, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Bilohiria, Chervone, and Uspenivka; 406 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV drones) attacked Tavriiske, Bilenke, Plavni, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Chervone, Charivne, and Novoandriivka; four MLRS strikes were carried out on Zaporizhzhia, Plavni, Chervone, and Novodanylivka; 168 artillery strikes hit Plavni, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Chervone, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novoandriivka.

Authorities received 329 reports of damage to apartment and private buildings, educational institutions, vehicles, commercial and warehouse structures.

Previously, Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia with Tornado-S MLRS, damaging apartment buildings, private homes, car service stations, workshops, and production facilities.

Earlier reports noted 20 injured, including two children, with one death from injuries.
