Russians attack several Naftogaz facilities in Chernihiv region in morning

On the morning of May 19, Russian forces struck several gas infrastructure facilities in the Chernihiv region.

According to Ukrinform, the Naftogaz Group stated this on Telegram.

"On the morning of May 19, the enemy struck several gas infrastructure facilities in the Chernihiv region simultaneously. As a result of drone hits on the territory of production facilities, destruction of critically important equipment was recorded. Personnel from one of the targeted facilities were evacuated, and there were no casualties," the statement said.

It is noted that the consequences of the attack and the scale of the damage are currently being clarified. All relevant emergency services are working at the sites.

As previously reported, late on the evening of May 18, Russian forces attacked Naftogaz Group facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region with three ballistic missiles.

During the night of May 18, Russian drones attacked several Naftogaz Group facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring two female employees of the gas station complex operated by Ukrnafta.
