Russian ballistic missile strike on Pryluky kills two, injures 17

Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on the center of the city of Pryluky in Ukraine’s Chernihiv region, killing two people and injuring 17 others.
Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration Viacheslav Chaus said on Telegram that the attack occurred at around 10:00, Ukrinform reports.
“One of the enterprises was hit. A shopping center near the impact site, a supermarket, and firefighting equipment were damaged. Unfortunately, two people are already confirmed dead. At least 17 people were injured,” Chaus wrote.
According to the official, a 14-year-old child was among the wounded.
Medical teams are providing assistance to the injured, while emergency services continue working at the scene.
Earlier reports said the Russian strike in the Chernihiv region sparked a fire in a building and set a cargo truck ablaze.
