Sixteen new drones sent to Ukrainian soldiers as part of Army of Drones project

Sixteen new drones had been handed to Ukrainian defenders fighting in the south of the country as part of the Army of Drones project.

Ukraine's Operational Command South said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"Sixteen new drones will help our fighters in the southern direction to conduct reconnaissance, destroy the occupiers and protect their lives," the report said.

The military thanked the Army of Drones project and the Ministry of Digital Transformation for the initiative, everyone who donates to Ukraine's army of drones - for support and participation in the joint fight against the enemy.

American actor Mark Hamill, who played the role of Luke Skywalker in the "Star Wars," supported the Army of Drones project. He became an ambassador of the United24 fundraising platform and the Army of Drones project.
