13-year-old girl injured in Russian attack on Mykolaiv

On August 10, a 13-year-old girl was injured in a Russian attack on Mykolaiv city.

"On August 10, a 13-year-old girl was injured in the shelling of Mykolaiv city," the Prosecutor General's Office posted on Telegram.

Moreover, a 16-year-old boy was injured in a strike on Avdiyivka, Donetsk region, on August 8.

As of the morning of August 10, 361 children were killed and more than 705 were injured as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

These numbers are not final as the efforts are ongoing to establish casualties in the areas of active hostilities, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories.

Most children were affected in Donetsk region – 372, Kharkiv region –197, Kyiv region – 116, Chernihiv region – 68, Luhansk region – 61, Mykolaiv region – 60, Kherson region – 55, Zaporizhzhia region – 40.

A total of 2,321 educational institutions were damaged in bombing and shelling by the armed forces of the Russian Federation. Of them, 286 institutions were completely destroyed.
