SSU strikes FSB radio-electronic intelligence facility in Russia's Krasnodar Krai
According to Ukrinform, the SSU reported this on its website.
"This command post, located in the Temryuk district of Krasnodar Krai, was used by the enemy to guide missiles and drones against Ukrainian territory, as well as to intercept signals from foreign satellites," the SSU stated.
As a result of the SSU drone attack, key facilities of the Russian radio-electronic intelligence center were disabled.
"Such special operations are of strategic importance because they weaken Russia's ability to control airspace, coordinate air defense systems, and direct strikes against Ukraine. Striking radio-electronic intelligence centers opens new opportunities for Ukrainian drones and makes it more difficult for Russia to protect military facilities deep in the rear," the SSU commented.
As Ukrinform previously reported, on May 28 and during the night of May 29, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck a number of important Russian targets both inside the aggressor state itself and in the Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Sumy regions.
