Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov have made important decisions aimed at strengthening Ukraine's combat capabilities following their trip to the Avdiivka and Kupiansk sectors.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 398,140 Russian invaders in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to February 14, 2024, including 1,060 occupiers in the past day alone.
Russian forces launched 3 missile attacks, 159 air strikes, 162 attacks involving multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas in the past 24 hours.

In response to the unlawful actions of Polish farmers on the border with Ukraine, the Ukrainian Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry has issued a statement, inviting Polish protesters to come to Ukraine and see the working conditions of Ukrainian farmers amid the war.
Last week, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 98 out of 134 enemy Shahed 136/131 drones and a Ka-52 combat helicopter.
About 600 combat engagements took place in the frontline last week, the enemy launched 79 missiles and over 420 air strikes. The Defense Forces repelled 240 enemy attacks in the Avdiivka direction and 160 in the Marinka direction.
Over the past 24 hours, 100 combat encounters have been recorded between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian invasion troops in various sectors of the front.

On the left (east) bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region, Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy assaults and forced Russian troops to retreat to their starting positions.
Ukraine's defense forces eliminated about 394,270 Russian invaders between February 24, 2022 and February 10, 2024, including 890 in the past 24 hours alone.
Over the past day, Ukraine 111 combat engagements have occurred on the Ukrainian battlefields, while the enemy launched 73 airstrikes and 76 rocket salvos.
In cooperation with partners, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) is working to launch a mechanism of war risk insurance. Before June 2024, the regulator is planning to fully develop a draft bill adjusting this mechanism, and hopes for it to come into effect as soon as this year.

The commander of the Tavria Operational and Strategic Group, General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, said that Russians have increased the number of chemical attacks.
From February 24, 2022 to February 9, 2024, Ukraine’s Defense Forces eliminated 393,290 Russian invaders, including 910 in the past 24 hours.
Over the past day, 65 combat engagements took place at the front. Ukraine’s Air Forces hit seven enemy manpower and weapons clusters.

In the Tavria sector, Russian troops launched 919 artillery attacks and conducted 64 assault operations in the past 24 hours.
On the Left Bank, the enemy is attacking the Defense Forces without the support of armored vehicles, which are under embargo due to heavy losses.
The enemy is trying to break through the Ukrainian defenses in the area of Chasiv Yar and is resorting to localized actions by small assault groups.
