WTA ranking: Svitolina drops to sixth place, Kalinina enters top 100 for first time

Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina has lost one position and occupies sixth place in the new ranking of the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) released on July 12.

Among other Ukrainians, Dayana Yastremska dropped six spots in the WTA ranking to 44th and Marta Kostyuk climbed three positions to 67th.

Anhelina Kalinina jumped 30 spots into the top 100 and now occupies 95th place. This is a personal record for the 24-year-old Ukrainian.

Katarina Zavatska dropped 20 spots to 144th. Kateryna Kozlova is 154th and Lesia Tsurenko is 163rd.

Australian Ashleigh Barty holds the lead, followed by Naomi Osaka from Japan, Aryna Sobolenka from Belarus, Sofia Kenin from the United States and Bianca Andreescu from Canada.
