KYIV, June 5 /UKRINFORM/. The Iraqi side has received the second batch of the Ukrainian armored personnel vehicles BTR-4 (62 vehicles), Ukraine's state-run arms exporter Ukrspecexport told UKRINFORM.
"The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Iraq is fully satisfied with the quality of the armored vehicles made in Ukraine," said the head of an inspection commission of the Republic of Iraq, Brigadier General Muhammad Jawad A. Najm.
He thanked all the participants in the trials, as well as workers of the state-controlled enterprise Kharkiv Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau for restraint, noting the high level of work performed and services rendered.
