MMC decisions to be issued online starting Mar 5 – Defense Minister
According to Ukrinform, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced this on Facebook.
"Paper-based conclusions are becoming a thing of the past — now, they will be issued online: quickly, simply, and without bureaucracy," he stated.
From now on, MMC referrals will be automatically sent from the Oberih registry to the MMC portal. Medical commission decisions after examinations of conscripts will also be automatically transferred to Oberih and will be quickly displayed in the Reserv+ app. Decisions regarding military personnel will be stored in the Armed Forces' Medical Information System.
Umerov reminded that as of March 1, electronic decisions can be issued by MMCs that have undergone training. Starting April 1, this process will become mandatory for all commissions.
The project is a joint effort of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, implemented with the support of the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO).
As reported by Ukrinform, the first stage of MMC reform began on January 31, making it possible to receive an electronic referral for a medical commission.
