Mejlis delegation to speak about situation in Crimea at UN Forum on Indigenous Issues

The UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues starts in New York on Monday, April 16. 

The delegation of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, under the auspices of Ukraine's Permanent Mission to the UN, plans to hold a side event dedicated to the temporarily occupied Crimea.

"Crimean Tatars are represented at the event by deputy chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Akhtem Chiygoz, member of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, director of the QHA (Crimean News) news agency and Hayat Radio Gayana Yuksel, lawyer Suleyman Mamutov, staff worker of ATR TV channel Elmaz Asanova," QHA reports.
