Injury toll from Russia's massive attack on Kyiv rises to 63, four confirmed dead

The number of people injured in Russia's combined missile and drone attack against Kyiv on June 2 has risen to 63, while four people have been confirmed dead.

According to Ukrinform, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, provided the update on Telegram.

"As of now, 63 people are known to have been injured in the attack. Among the wounded are three children aged 3, 11, and 17. Sadly, four people were killed. My sincere condolences to their families and loved ones," Tkachenko said.

Earlier reports said that Ukraine's air defense forces neutralized 40 missiles and 602 drones launched by Russian forces during a large-scale attack that began on the evening of June 1.
