Zelensky makes first statement after meeting with Trump

President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the American people for the visit. He expressed his gratitude to the President, Congress and the American people.
The Head of State announced this on the social network X, Ukrinform reports.
“Thank you, America, thank you for your support, thank you for this visit. I thank the President, Congress and the American people. Ukraine needs a just and lasting peace, and we are working for this,” Zelensky wrote.
