Zelensky: Security guarantees for Ukraine to be discussed at meeting with partners in Europe

He announced this during the "Ukraine. Year 2025" forum in Kyiv on Sunday, according to Ukrinform.

"Tomorrow, we will have the physical presence of our partners. Tomorrow we will have an important meeting -- a summit. It could be a pivotal moment. We'll see," Zelensky said.

He said that on February 24, 13 leaders would be present in Ukraine in person.

"There will be 13 leaders in our country. Also, 24 will be present online. We will have the European Parliament, EU leadership in Kyiv, as well as all EU commissioners. We will have 24 commissioners. This is an important meeting that will be conducted separately by the prime minister," Zelensky added.

He also added that he would hold several meetings with international leaders in different formats on February 24.

"I will have meetings with leaders, and we will have a separate platform where we will discuss the formats for security guarantees for Ukraine, primarily from Europe, and of course, we need the U.S. I think tomorrow I will propose that we meet in one of Europe's capitals in the coming days, or perhaps weeks, and there we will determine the format of security guarantees for Ukraine," Zelensky said.

He said that discussions would focus on Ukraine's strategy, but not for the upcoming years, but for the coming weeks.
