Japan eases visa requirements for Ukrainians

Since June 24, Japan has relaxed visa requirements for citizens of Ukraine.

The Embassy of Japan in Ukraine reported this on X, Ukrinform saw.

"From June 24, Japan relaxes visa requirements for citizens of Ukraine. This is another step for the further development of bilateral relations between Ukraine and Japan, including the promotion of cultural exchange, commercial relations between the countries, and support for efforts to rebuild Ukraine," the diplomatic mission said.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Japanese government intends to hold next year an international conference on demining in Ukraine.
