Government refutes reports of Honcharuk's alleged claim to Razumkov

Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk's press office has denied reports that Honcharuk has filed a claim with Kyiv's District Administrative Court against Verkhovna Rada Chairman Dmytro Razumkov, according to a statement posted on the government's website.

"Reports of an application allegedly sent by Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk to Kyiv's District Administrative Court are not true. All information about the activities of the prime minister of Ukraine is published on official government websites and the prime minister's accounts on social media," the statement reads.

Earlier, a statement posted on the website of Kyiv's District Administrative Court said that the court had received an application for provisional remedy in which Honcharuk is the applicant, Razumkov is the defendant, and President Volodymyr Zelensky is the third party.

In the application, the plaintiff allegedly asks the court to ban the parliament speaker, until a ruling on the merits is issued, from including in the agenda of a special parliament meeting on March 4, 2020, the question of the resignation of Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk and/or the dismissal of any government member.
