This has been reported by the Department of Consular Service of the Foreign Ministry on Twitter.
"The Paris police recommend refraining from visiting the Champs-Elysées area due to the tragic events on April 20," the report said.
As reported, at least one police officer is dead in a shooting in the Champs-Elysées area of Paris. The assailant has been killed.
