Russian military loses 1,070 soldiers and five MLRS in war against Ukraine

Total combat losses among Russian troops from February 24, 2022, to April 19, 2026, in the war against Ukraine amount to approximately 1,318,220 personnel, including 1,070 over the past 24 hours.
This is stated in a Facebook post by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as reported by Ukrinform.

The Russian army has also lost 11,882 (+6) tanks, 24,420 (+10) armored fighting vehicles, 40,324 (+82) artillery systems, 1,748 (+5) multiple launch rocket systems, 1,349 (+0) air defense systems, aircraft – 435 (+0), helicopters – 350 (+0), tactical-level UAVs – 247,131 (+2,019), cruise missiles – 4,549 (+0), ships/boats – 33 (+0), submarines – 2 (+0), vehicles and tankers – 90,397 (+203), special equipment – 4,131 (+2).
