President awards Vasyl Slipak Order for Courage

President Petro Poroshenko has awarded famous Ukrainian opera singer Vasyl Slipak Order for Courage of I grade (posthumously) for personal courage demonstrated during the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and selfless service to the Ukrainian nation.
The press service of the Head of State reported.
Respective Decree № 280/2016 has been signed by the President.
ATO participant Vasyl Slipak was killed on June 29, early in the morning, in Donetsk region.
