Diplomats discussing dates of Savchenko return to Ukraine

Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko said this at the press conference, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Negotiations on Savchenko’s release advance, and now our diplomats discuss the possible dates of her return home," Petrenko said.

According to him, the existing international agreements provide for certain terms, ahead of which Savchenko cannot return home.

"However, we are trying to speed up the process as Nadiya’s health is deteriorating. Russia gives certain signals, however we would like to get the official point of view of the Russian side," the Minister said.
