Rada to consider judicial reform on February 2 – Groysman

The Parliament will consider draft amendments to the Constitution in terms of justice in the first reading at the plenary session on February 2.

Parliament’s Speaker Volodymyr Groysman said this at the briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"We plan to consider the Constitution with regard to justice at 11 am tomorrow," Groyman said.

The speaker expressed his belief that the amendments to the Basic Law regarding the judicial reforms that were proposed by the President will "improve the justice system."

"I hope that all factions of the Ukrainian Parliament, declaring their position on changes to the court system, will support these changes to the Constitution in terms of justicem" he added.
