“As of 7 a.m., April 21, bad weather conditions caused blackouts in 318 populated areas in six regions, particularly: 245 villages and towns – in Odesa region, 14 – in Mykolaiv region, 23 - in Kharkiv region, 32 - in Dnipropetrovsk region, 3– in Kherson region, and 1 – in Zaporizhzhia region,” reads a report.

Emergency teams of Oblenergo have started to conduct needed repairs to resume electricity supply.
