The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a plan of measures to implement a four-year country program of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for Ukraine.

Russia attacked a thermal power plant of DTEK Group in a frontline region on Monday evening, October 30.

Finland is preparing a new aid package for Ukraine to protect critical infrastructure facilities.
