At the 2020 OSCE-wide Counter-Terrorism Conference, Ukraine set out the facts of Russia’s supply of ammunition, weapons and militants to the occupied Donbas through a border section it controls.

During the first day of the conference, the head of the Ukrainian delegation, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Anti-Terrorist Center at the Security Service of Ukraine Roman Fedorov delivered a speech, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported.

“In his speech, the representative of Ukraine voiced the confirmed facts of the supply of ammunition, weapons and militants from the Russian Federation to the occupied territories of Ukraine through a section of the Ukrainian state border controlled by Russia,” the statement says.

The conference participants condemned Russia's policy aimed at supporting, financing and coordinating the activities of terrorist groups in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
