Militants launched 83 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, the enemy used 122mm artillery to shell Ukrainian strongholds near Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol) and Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk). ATO troops in Hnutove came under 120mm mortar fire.

In Donetsk direction, militants fired at Troitske (69km west of Luhansk), using 152mm artillery. In addition, terrorists used 120mm mortars to shell Ukrainian positions outside Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Troitske, Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, Russian-backed militants used 120mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicles and grenade launchers to launch attacks on ATO troops near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk). Ukrainian positions outside Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk) and Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk) came under heavy machine gun and grenade launcher fire.
