Militants launch 89 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, the enemy used artillery and mortars to shell Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol). Ukrainian positions came under grenade launcher and small arms fire near Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Berezove (35km south-west of Donetsk), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol).

In Donetsk direction, Russian-backed militants fired at Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), using 152mm and 12mm artillery. Terrorists also used mortars of different calibers, grenade launchers and small arms to launch attacks on Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk), Novhorodske (34km north of Donetsk), Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, militants shelled ATO troops outside Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), using 122mm artillery. Ukrainian positions in Popasna (90 km north-west of Luhansk), Krymske, and Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk) came under mortar fire.
