General Staff confirms strikes on factory in Samara region with Flamingo missiles

The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched an attack on the Promsintez factory in Chapaevsk, Samara Region, Russian Federation, using FP-5 Flamingo missiles.
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
The Promsintez plant specializes in the production of explosive components for munitions, including bombs and missiles. This enterprise produces over 30,000 tons of military-grade explosives per year.
“The strike on the facility has been confirmed, followed by an explosion in the production area,” the General Staff noted.
Assessments of the extent of the damage are ongoing.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian BBC service stated that on March 28, a fire broke out on the territory of the Chapaevsk Joint-Stock Company Promsintez following explosions.
