Russian forces are not reducing their activity on certain sections of the front, and it may increase with warmer weather, including possible renewed fighting in the Kupiansk and Southern Slobozhanshchyna sectors.

Ruslan Muzychuk, spokesperson for Ukraine's National Guard, said this in an interview with Ukrinform.

"Regarding, for example, the Kharkiv region and Kupiansk, after conducting strike-and-search operations, the enemy lost the initiative. However, given the adversary's plans, which we have observed for more than a year regarding Kupiansk, certain attempts to resume combat operations in the Kupiansk sector or more broadly in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector are possible," he said, adding that Ukrainian forces are prepared for such developments.

He added that Russian forces are also maintaining high activity on the Pokrovsk front, as well as operating actively in the Ocheretyne and Huliaipole sectors.

"We understand that with warmer weather, enemy activity may also increase in other areas," Muzychuk said.
