Russian army loses another 1,420 soldiers in war against Ukraine

The total combat losses of Russian troops in manpower from February 24, 2022, to December 23, 2025, reached about 1,199,280 people, 1,420 of whom were eliminated in the last 24 hours.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
The Russian Federation also lost 11,446 (+8) tanks, 23,792 (+20) armored combat vehicles, 35,331 (+23) artillery systems, 1,576 (+1) multiple launch rocket systems, 1,263 (+0) air defense systems, aircraft – 434 (+2) (confirmed losses in the previous period), helicopters – 347 (+0), tactical-level UAVs – 93,166 (+453), cruise missiles – 4,073 (+0), ships/boats – 28 (+0), submarines – 2 (+0), vehicles and tankers – 70,966 (+113), special equipment – 4,029 (+0).
