Novorossiysk port halts oil exports after drone attack – Reuters
According to Ukrinform, Reuters reported this, citing informed sources.
The sources added that the oil pipeline monopoly Transneft has also halted crude oil deliveries to the port.
Transneft declined to comment.
It is noted that crude oil shipments through Novorossiysk reached 3.22 million tonnes in October, or 761,000 barrels per day.
During the first ten months of 2025, the volume amounted to 24.716 million tonnes.
The interlocutors also noted that a total of 1.794 million tonnes of petroleum products were exported through the port in October, while from January to October, this figure reached 16.783 million tonnes.
As reported by Ukrinform, drones attacked an oil depot in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation, during the night of 14 November.
President Volodymyr Zelensky, following a report from the Commander-in-Chief, stated that Ukrainian “long-range Neptunes” struck targets in Russia.
