Russian invaders attacked critical infrastructure in the center of Chernihiv.

According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, reported the incident on Facebook.

Details about the victims are still being clarified.

In a previous post, the Head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration noted that an enemy combat UAV explosion had been recorded within the city.

As reported by Ukrinform, on October 28, Russian troops attacked power engineers with drones while they were restoring power supply on the border of the Chernihiv region.
