Russian troops hit an infrastructure facility in the Sumy region. Firefighters extinguished the resulting fire.
The State Emergency Service office in the Sumy region reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"During the night of October 27, Russian forces launched a strike on a critical infrastructure facility in the Sumy community. Despite the high fire load, rescuers managed to extinguish all sources of ignition," the statement said.
There were no casualties as a result of the strike.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, in the Sumy region, as a result of shelling over the past day 16 people were injured and one was killed.
