Since the beginning of the year, Russia has launched approximately 770 ballistic missiles and more than 50 hypersonic Kinzhal missiles at Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelensky reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

The Ukrainian President noted that last night, Russia attacked Ukraine again. This time, the invaders used dozens of strike drones and nine ballistic missiles, resulting in deaths and dozens of injuries.

Kyiv was among the targets of the missile strikes.

The President expressed condolences to the families and relatives of the victims of the enemy attack. He emphasized that nearly every Russian strike against Ukraine’s population involves combined attacks, including ballistic missiles.

“It is precisely because of such attacks that we pay special attention to Patriot systems—to be able to protect our cities from this horror. It is critical that partners who possess relevant capability implement what we have discussed in recent days. No country should be left alone in the face of such evil. We must continue our cooperation,” Zelensky said.

According to him, everything is possible. Partners have the necessary systems and can already help defend Ukraine.

“America, Europe, and the G7 countries can help ensure that such attacks no longer threaten lives. Russia’s ballistic strikes must be met with a response from powerful nations in real cooperation to protect lives,” the President stressed.
