Three affected in Russian drone attack on Kharkiv

Three civilians sustained injuries as Russian Shahed drones attacked the city of Kharkiv in the early hours of Monday, March 31.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to the official, at 02:29, a Shahed hit a workshop, also damaging three apartment blocks, a kindergarten, and two vehicles nearby. Three civilians sought medical assistance.

At 05:03, two Shahed UAVs hit the roof of a production facility and a warehouse, where a fire broke out, the official noted.

In Derhachi, Kharkiv region, at 05:02, a Shahed caused a fire in an open area of ​2,500 sq. m.

On March 30, a guided aerial bomb hit a five-storey residential building in Kupiansk. Five cars were damaged. Five civilians sustained injuries and required hospitalization.

Also, a drone impact was recorded on a Kupiansk cemetery where a number of private houses were also damaged nearby.

According to the head of the regional administration, in the Kharkiv direction, the Defense Forces held back four Russian attacks in the areas of Vovchansk, Kamianka, and Krasne Pershe.

In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled six attacks in the direction of Radkivka, Pishchane, Bohuslavka, Petropavlivka, and near Zahryzove.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on the evening of March 29, Kharkiv was subjected to a massive UAV attack. Twenty-seven residential buildings, a market, a registry office, the House of Projects, a college, a dormitory for IDPs, and a hospital were damaged. Two people were killed and 35 injured, including five children. A teenage girl remains in serious condition.
