Man killed in drone attack on Antonivka in Kherson region

A 73-year-old man was killed in Antonivka, Kherson region, on Sunday following an attack in which an explosive was dropped from a Russian drone.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on the Telegram messaging app, according to Ukrinform.

"According to the investigation, on December 8, the Russian military carried out another attack on Antonivka using a drone. A 73-year-old man was killed after an explosive was dropped [from a drone] on one of the streets," the post said.

The prosecutor's office added that a pre-trial investigation had been launched. The case is being treated as a war crime combined with premeditated murder, as defined under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
