Russians drop 47 guided aerial bombs on six settlements in Kharkiv region

The Russian military dropped 47 guided aerial bombs on six settlements in Ukraine's eastern Kharkiv region on Thursday, July 11.

Nazar Voloshyn, a spokesperson for the Khortytsia Group of Forces, announced this on Ukrainian television, Ukrinform reports.

"In that sector, over the past day, the enemy carried out 24 airstrikes, dropping 47 guided air bombs on Mali Prokhody, Lyptsi, Vesele, Vovchansk, Slobozhanske and Hlyboke, and launched 25 kamikaze drone strikes," Voloshyn said.

According to him, on the Vovchansk axis, the enemy lost 120 soldiers, three vehicles, one tank, and three artillery systems. Some 41 enemy dugouts were destroyed.

"Today there were three combat clashes with the enemy. Our Defense Forces repelled them. Now the enemy is trying to regroup and replenish their forces and means, including with units that are deployed somewhere near the borders or from other sectors or from Russian territory," he added.
