Ukraine’s Defense Forces have successfully repelled Russian attacks near the Donetsk region’s Vuhledar.

Russian troops have launched two missile strikes and 62 air strikes, and opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) on Ukrainian positions and settlements 89 times over the past day. The air defense units and means of Ukraine’s Air Force intercepted two enemy Kalibr-type cruise missiles and four Shahed-136/131 suicide drones. Following Russian terrorist attacks, casualties among civilians were reported, as well as the damage caused to residential houses, schools and other civil infrastructure.

The threat of Russian missile and air strikes is persisting all over Ukraine, according to the General Staff.

Over the past day, more than 40 combat engagements have occurred on the front.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remained rather unchanged.
