The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, called on all residents of Kharkiv and the region to spend the holidays at home in order to prevent the enemy from striking at civilians in the region.

He said this in a video message, Ukrinform reports citing the Telegram of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

"We clearly understand that provocations are possible these days. We urge all residents of Kharkiv and the region to spend these holidays at home if possible. It means not to gather in the streets, in crowded places," Sinegubov emphasized.
