Russian forces shelled the center of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, for the second time on Sunday, damaging infrastructure.
The Kharkiv regional military administration said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"The building of an educational institution was damaged, and a fire broke out in a gymnasium. There are repeated hits in the city center. Only civilian infrastructure was damaged. At this moment, information about casualties has not been received," the post said.
