Armed Forces of Ukraine hit 12 enemy artillery units

This is stated in the morning report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Facebook.

"Over the past day, the Russian occupiers launched a missile and air strike on the territory of Ukraine. Two Kalibr cruise missiles and seven Shahed combat UAVs were destroyed by air defense forces and means. In addition, the enemy attacked with four unmanned aerial vehicles of an unspecified type (presumably combat) from the north, all drones were destroyed. Over the past day, the enemy also launched 45 airstrikes and 38 MLRS attacks," the report reads.

The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on Lyman, Bakhmut, and Maryinka directions – 38 combat engagements took place over the past day.

In Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly.

In Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna directions, the enemy launched mortar and artillery attacks on the settlements of Hirsk in Chernihiv region; Seredyna-Buda, Sorokyne, Koreniok, Khodyne, Stukalivka, Yunakivka, Loknia in Sumy region; Udy, Chervona Zoria, Odnorobivka, Veterynarne, Hoptivka, Strilecha, Pilna, Kozacha Lopan, Morokhovets, Lukyantsi, Izbytske, Pletenivka, Okhirtseve, Volohivka, Budarky, Zemlianky, Chuhunivka, and Odradne in Kharkiv region.

In Kupyansk direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the direction of Stelmakhivka. Krasne Pershe, Fyholivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Masiutivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove in Kharkiv region were hit with artillery and mortars.

In Lyman direction, the Russians launched airstrikes in the areas of Bilohorivka in Luhansk region; Vesele, Spirne, and Rozdolivka in Donetsk region. Bilohorivka in Luhansk region; Torske, Serebrianka, Verkhniokamyanske, Spirne, and Rozdolivka in Donetsk region came under artillery fire.

In Bakhmut direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the direction of Bohdanivka. Airstrikes were launched on Serhiyivka, Soledar, and Bila Hora areas. Areas of settlements of Vasiukivka, Markove, Khromove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Ozarianivka, and Pivdenne in Donetsk region came under enemy artillery fire.

In Avdiyivka direction, the occupiers carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in Pervomayske direction. Airstrikes were launched near Avdiyivka and Sieverne. Artillery was fired at Sukha Balka, Avdiyivka, Orlivka, Vodiane, Karlivka, Nevelske, Oleksandropil, Valentynivka, Keramik, Stepove, Pervomayske in Donetsk region.

In Maryinka direction, the enemy carried out offensive operations near Maryinka, had no success. An airstrike was launched near Krasnohorivka. Heorhiyivka, Maryinka, and Pobieda in Donetsk region were struck with artillery.

In Shakhtarske direction, the Ukrainian troops liberated the village of Rivnopil, Donetsk region. The enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Prechystivka, Blahodatne, and Makarivka. Illinka, Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Storozheve, Yelyzavetivka, Bohoyavlenka, Zolota Nyva, Makarivka, Novosilka, Novopil, and Zelene Pole in Donetsk region were hit.

In Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy focuses its main efforts on preventing the advance of Ukrainian troops. The enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Levadne and Oleshky. Temyrivka, Novodarivka, Levadne, Olhivske, Malynivka, Zaporizhzhia, Chervone, Huliaypole, Zaliznychne, Huliaypilske, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Pyatykhatky, Lobkove in Zaporizhzhia region; Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region; Dudchany, Olhivka, Respublikanets, Lvove, Tiahynka, Burhunka, Kachkarivka, Mykolaivka, Zmiivka, Antonivka, Naddniprianske, Molodizhne, Inzhenerne, Zelenivka, Kherson, Bilozerka, Berehove, Dniprovske, Romashkove, Charivne in Kherson region; Ochakiv in Mykolaiv region came under enemy artillery fire.

"Over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s Air Force launched six strikes on enemy personnel concentration areas. Over the past 24 hours, missile and artillery forces hit one enemy command post, 12 artillery units on firing positions, a personnel cluster, two ammunition depots, and three other important targets," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine summed up.
