The head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak published a video and photos of the consequences of flooding of settlements due to the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station by Russian invaders.

"The world must see and respond to the consequences of Russian terrorism against the civilian population of Ukraine, as well as ecocide," Yermak said.

As Ukrinform reported, Russian troops blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station on the night of June 6. About 80 settlements are in the flood zone, and evacuations are underway.

President Volodymyr Zelensky held an urgent meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, which agreed on a set of international and security measures due to the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant by Russians.
