Russian army attacks nine regions of Ukraine in 24 hours

The Russian Federation's troops attacked nine regions of Ukraine in one day, using aircraft, artillery, and drones.

That’s according to a summary by regional military administrations on the situation as of 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Ukrinform reports.

In Chernihiv region, Russian troops fired three times at Novhorod-Siverskyi district with mortars the previous day. There were no casualties or damage.

In Sumy region yesterday, Russians fired nine times at the border communities of Bilopil, Khotyn, Velykopysariv, Myropil and Shalyhyne. A total of 118 attacks involving mortars and multiple rocket launchers was registered.

In the Khotyn community, a power line in one of the villages was damaged as a result of mortar shelling.

In Zaporizhzhya region, the Russian army carried out 66 artillery attacks, four air strikes, seven drone strikes, and two attacks involving MLRS in the past 24 hours.

Destruction was recorded in Kamianske, Charivne, Pryvilne, Orikhov, Huliaipole and 12 other settlements.

In Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian occupiers shelled Nikopol district three times yesterday afternoon. Also, The enemy shelled Marhanets community, employing heavy artillery. A private house, an outbuilding, and a motorcycle were damaged.

At night, Russian troops again attacked the Marhanets community with heavy artillery. More information on the consequences is being clarified.

In Kharkiv region, in the Slobozhansky direction, the Russian army shelled Veterynarne, Strilecha, Starytsia, Hatyshche, Vovchanski Khutory, Okhrimivka, Malu Vovcha, and Vilkhuvatka.

In the Kupyansk direction, Kamianka, Kolodiazne, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Vilshana, Kindrashivka, Kyslivka and Berestove came under fire.

Yesterday, the enemy artillery also shelled Vovchansk and Chuhuiv districts at least three times. The outbuildings and a private house were damaged.

A house was damaged as a result of shelling in Kupyansk.

In the Luhansk region, in the Lyman direction, the Russian army conducted unsuccessful offensives near Makiivka, Chervonopopivka ta Bilohorivka. Aslo, occupants open artillery fire at Novoyehorivka, Makiivka, Nevske, and Bilohorivka.

Five civilians were wounded in Donetsk region yesterday. The Russian army fired at the localities, employing artillery and tanks, also carrying out air strikes.

Toretsk, Kostyantynivka, Velyka Novosilka, Predtechine, Vremivka, Chasiv Yar, Markove, Ocheretyne, Maksymilianivka and Semenivka were under fire. 13 residential buildings, a market and a car were damaged.

In Mykolaiv region, on Tuesday morning, Russians fired from BM-21 Grad systems in the direction of a village in the Kutsurub community.

During the last day, the Russian troops fired mortar and artillery shells at the water area of the Ochakiv community.

Also yesterday afternoon, Russian troops fired MLRS at the settlements of the Kutsurub community.

In Kherson region, Russian invaders carried out 56 strikes in the past day, firing 285 shells.

The Russians hit residential areas, a healthcare  facility, a museum, and an administrative building in the Suvorov district of Kherson. Two people were wounded.

In one of the settlements of the Beryslav community, a Russian drone dropped a grenade on a boat, seriously injuring a 20-year-old woman and a man.

Meanwhile, 24 children from Kherson region who had been taken out the area were returned home.

From Kherson region, another 46 people were evacuated.
