Russian drone strike hits gas station in Kharkiv, worker injured

A Russian drone attack hit a gas station in Kharkiv early on June 1, injuring a worker.

The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"According to the investigation, at around 10:00, Russian armed forces attacked the Nemyshlianskyi district of Kharkiv. A gas station building was damaged, along with advertising billboards and at least four vehicles. A 37-year-old gas station worker was injured and hospitalized," the statement said.

Preliminary reports indicate that Russian forces used a Molniya-type drone in the attack. A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Article 438(1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes).

Earlier, it was reported that Russia also attacked Kharkiv overnight using Shahed-type drones.
